British Prime Minister David Cameron this week acknowledged that Christians are the most persecuted faith community around the world, and that Britain should be “unashamed” in standing up against those who persecute Christians and other religious groups.
The Pew Research Center reports that Christians remain the world’s most oppressed religious group with persecution against them reported in 110 countries.
Mr Cameron said he was proud to live in a “Christian country,” and there was a need to expand the role of faith and faith organisations through “evangelism.” He called for
